It seems like I'm huge today. But you are just pushing me out. Today you're so active baby. What are you doing in there? You're making me sick baby but ill take it if it means you're growing good! Love you little one! In about a week and a half we should be able to find out what you are. I hope you want to show us! So excited to see you.

Todays cravins

I asked daddy to cook me grilled asparagus, raw grape tomatoes and a romaine lettuce salad with vinnagrette. Damn. I can never spell that word.

I made one for judebug and now one for you. I eagerly awake seeing who you are baby. Grow little firefly grow!

Letters.

Its amazing how good it can make a person feel to receive a letter. Today mahmee wrote to 10 kids who are very sick and could use some encouragement. We sent them stickers and pictures and notes of love. And we also wrote letters to uncle kyle, currently serving in the army, and 2 other soldiers we don't know, and we even included pictures you colored for them jude! You made "roads" and "slides" and "basketball hoops". Such a good heart. Uncle was so kind to draw pictures for two of the boys.

We pray every day for your health and hope to always be on the giving end.

Brother came up to my tummy today and jumped on it.

this is what came next.

Mahmee: Jude honey, we have to be careful there is a baby in mahmees tummy and we dont wanna hurt it. you should come and say sorry to mahmee and the baby.

Jude: sorry baby. ....*pause* can i come love it?

Mahmee: yes of course!

Jude comes to lay down and cuddles with my belly.

Jude:"i lov my girls." :]

apparently brother thinks you are a girl!

this is a weird way to meet, i imagine.

right now you are in mahmees tummy and we eagerly await your arrival.

its August 3rd, and you are just a tiny little bug, not scheduled to be here until February 14th (which is your aunt Keemy's birthday by the way!).

a little rundown of our short 12 week history.

we found out about you on June 4th.

i told Daddy by playing a game of "blues clues" with your big brother Julian (who swears up and down you are a girl :] ).

Daddy was SO shocked!

its been so different than it was with Brother.

i knew to test because i was sick sick sick!

I had lots of cramps early on and they come and go nowadays.

i was sick all the time until i was 10 weeks pregnant (abotu 2 weeks ago) and now i only really get sick every few days.

im big with you too!

my breasts are growing bigger to become equipped to give you milk further down the line, andmy tummy is getting bigger! they say it happens early with the second pregnancy. and "they" are right!

im going to write to you every once in awhile....

i want you to know i love you berry much.

and in a few short weeks, in September, Daddy and I get to find out...are you an Ezra? or a Maya?
