today we took you on a walk, (im going to start doing this more btw, just you and mamma, i want us to have bonding time and i wanna be in shape for you and brother.) i saw your big eyes as we walked, you learning buildings and wind and cold and warm and snuggling and smiling and playing and seeing brother and daddy playing.

im so excited for EVERYTHING with you narae.  im excited for girly things like nail polish and tea parties. im excited for your being bigger and asking me wuestions about the world...ranging from things about princesses and school to things about the world and boys. im so excited to watch chick flicks cuddled up with my girl with popcorn as a teenager, and having dinner dates with you when youre 8. im excited to be your chaperone to the school field trip when your in 1st grade. im so happy that i get to be your mom teaching you important things about being a lady, and what you deserve from a boy (or girl if you want...remember i will ALWAYS accept you and love you for wo you are...i will never need to "tolerate" something...youre perfect just as YOU). im excited to hear about your dreams and desires. help you with your homework....take you to dance classes and practice lines for the school play with you. im excited to get you your first instrument and take you dress shopping for prom.

im SO excited to be your mother. so so excited. im gonna be by your side through ALL of it.
you mean the world to me Rooster. seriously.

You're pretty incredible. I've been going through growing pains as I try to coax you to nurse and you refuse. But baby girl, know that I love you. Ill pump as long as I can to give you the goods. And while pumping and our deep freezer is broken, I had made so much I ran out of room! And had enough to donate to two other mommies who have babies that need milks! Its a good feeling narae, that you and I can help other babies. I feel so blessed!

tonight you were so tired at 7 oclock (2 hours earlier than normal). you cried and cried and had a heck of a time staying resting. 

i LOVE that me holding you and rubbing your forehead with my fingers gets the job done.
